Two business lines (264CRZ060213) and (357CRZ250213) one reported a month ago. System can will not take more fault reports on these lines. Telkom is simply ignoring it. Makes me think Telkom and Huawei can not provide the business lines they advertise. Do you think It makes sense to have business lines non operational for weeks on end?
Something to consider when you think of business communication!! I surely am seriously investigating other options!
