I called to cancel a contract and was email the final quote which i paid and email proof of payment a copy of my id and the signed quote to the email address provided on the quote. I then received two emails saying that the cancellation was processed. On the 2/09/2013 my account was debited with an amount. I called the accounts depo who blamed it on the admin people and then put me through to cancellations. I explained to the lady what had happened and she passed the blame to another depo. All i got was bad service from an untrained monkey. I held for more than ten minutes and gave up. I have not been able to get through to the call center since 11:34 yesterday. (tried about 8 times) This is clearly Vodacoms mistake and it needs to be sorted out. I will not pay u a single cent more until this is resolved. The service that one gets is shocking and the process that are in place are useless. Vodacom, you are pathetic.
