Contract Cancelletion

Once again I am experiencing great difficulty with vodacom when i want to cancel a contract. On 21/12/2012 I requested a cancellation quote from vodacom in order to cancel my contract with vodacom I received the quote then I paid the money into the account on 21/12/2012 and called vodacom cancellations to confirm that they received the proof of payment that i sent. vodacom confirmed the above but my account is still being debited and i called and they tell me they have never received the instruction that i want to cancel the contract. I am very annoyed with this network and their poor customer service especially because this problem is happening for the second time now. I want all the money that was debited from my account after i had cancelled the contract to paid back into my account immediately.
