After lodging a query with Hello. Peter on the 20th of August 2013, surprisingly Cell C responded advising that Sandros from Cellc will contact me of which he did after l had phoned several times at Cellc requesting for Sandros to call me. Sandros advised to attend to my query and get back to me but he never did. I requested CellC severals again for sandros to get back to me and he only phoned yesterday 2013-09-04 but unfortunately l missed his call as l was in a meeting. I responded to his email and requested that he call me back or advise the query of my complaint via email but l never received any response. Every time l phone the call centre l get referred to different people who all want me to relay my complaint all over again and promise to escalate the matter or call back but never do. Every month CellC keeps debiting my money but l still have not received a service for July and August or at least an explanation on why l did not receive my bundles. Some of their consultants are so rude and drop the phone on you, the service is just pathetic for a big company.
