VODACOM IS HOLDING ME HOSTAGE!!!

Yesterday i contacted Vodacom with regards to the early cancellation of my contract and i was advised that i would be sent a quote with the amount i need to pay.

I paid the amount and sent through proof of payment. i received confirmation of receipt of my email.
This morning i speak to a consultant who again asks me to email the required docs (which i do while she is on the phone with me) and she again sends proof of receipt.
This afternoon i am informed that cancellation has not been effected because my payment is not reflecting. I contact the accounts department and i am immediately told that my payment is reflecting and that the cancellation should be effected.
Accounts department then transfers me back to the consultant and what does she tell me? THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE MY CANCELLATION DOCUMENTS (the documents that i sent twice and got confirmation of receipt twice!!!)

Vodacom, please just CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and let me be!!!

Then to top it of, after being on the line for 19minutes to get this sorted out, THEY HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME
