I contacted the call centre 09/07/2013 to cancel my contract, I got a quote and told if I pay it would be cancelled immediately and convertedto prepaid, I paid the R2400 odd immediately, signed the stupid paperwork and emailed it off to the email provided with proof of payment and my id. Called them 2 hours after the email was read on their side, only to be advised it will take 24 hours. So suddenly immediately becomes 24 hours. Cool, I call them 24 hours later, today 10/07/2013 only to be told nothing has been done it will take 72 hours. How useless do you get vodacom? Wake up and do as you told me, cancel immediatly. I am tired of you poor service and high prices. You have my money, it reflects in your account, cancel my contract and release my number so I can take my business to CELL C, who is not so useless and incompetent as Vodacom.
