I recently renewed my contrac with VIRGIN MOBILE SA and i am supposed to get airtimt, sms and 200MB but every month i have to call them because the 200 MB are never loaded and it usually takes a week befor they can rectify this, i have been having this issue ever sisnce i took out the cotract and seem ike it will be a montly thin

disgusted and disappointed
their service generally is bad i would not recoment them to anay one
