Hi There.
I am losing my patience with you and your staff. I upgraded a contract 0741074720 2 months ago to a 2.5 gig data bundle.
Doing that was a nightmare as your staff forgot to process it and I had to keep calling to actually get it processed.
I was in CT for a week and took my iPad with my Virgin Sim... Surprise not working, no data loaded.
So far I have not received my data,
I called Tiyo on Sat and this afternoon called back as nothing has been done yet. The Lady that answered the phone was more worried about making excuses than listening to me or trying to pacify me.
I think she needs to learn the words "Customer Service"

I want my data and I want it now, as well as data for last month that was never given.
Only last month you my airtime and would not allow me to make calls for 4 days due to your computer upgrading, did you say sorry or give us airtime compensation AT ALL?? NO.
