Telkom really does not want new business!
I ordered an ADSL line in July. Early August called to ask what happened to my order, got told a technician would be there in a few days. The technician called then, and turned out to be in the wrong suburb. Two weeks later, same thing again! Today's call to the call centre it took 25 minutes for the agent to tell me that there are no ports available!
Telkom employees are for the most part something that all South Africans should be ashamed of ito professionalism.
