Last month I phoned virgin mobile and asked to put a recurring data bundle on my contract of 512mb they said it was done.. at the end of this month i found that they loaded 3Gb of data onto my contract. I was suppose to pay R402.00 for my contract but ended up paying R668.86. I ended up paying for something I never asked for.. I phone them to help me with this and fix it.. they cant..!!! I havent recieved my bill via email since May so I cant see what they have been charging for!! I really want my money back which they are steeling from me!! I spoke to a guy called lesley today at 10o'clock.. he stated that he can see that they have loaded 3Gb of data on my account.. earlier this morning i spoke to a lady at virgin mobile and she claimed that they only loaded 1.5 gb of data.. everyone i speak to has a different story!!! I left vodacom to join them but they are soo much worse!!! this steeling and overbilling has been going on for at least 2 months and i really would like to sort this out.. i cant speak to customer care cause they don't understand what i am saying..

Could someone please FIX this!!!
