I renewed my contract last October and got a deal for R150 airtime and 150 sms's per month - from the time that my contract was renewed I have to call them monthly to request my sms's to be loaded and struggle to get a refund on the airtime that I have used. Septmeber I received my sms's and a call from a lady advising that the problem was resolved and the sms' will be loaded automatically yet in October the same thing happened - NO SMS'. I called on 03.10, 09.10 and 18.10 and on all 3 occasions was promised that someone will call me back - to date I had no call and this is very frustrating. My debit order goes off like clockwork, but I get no positive feedback regarding my sms' and the refunds in lieu of airtime used to sms. I am very dissapointed in the service I ma getting and would not recommend Virgin Mobile to my friends
