Still no feed back after 1month of issues!!

It has become almost impossible to rectify a issue with in the Virgin mobile company.
from my last complaint I have had no feed back from the Virgin hello peter Nor any billing that has been pulled to prove that this account has EXESSIVE USAGE!
I have provided a call that has the CHAMP clearly saying its error on their side and will be dealt with. BUT guess what Nothing has happened.!!!
above this I have done my homework the bill that is excessive is a direct match with the amout that I have loaded as prepaid. last month I loaded 200bucks extra and I was short changed on my top up with R200.00 Coincidence I really doubt this.
please advise I DO NOT WANT THIS CONTRACT.
