Misleading client - poor call centre service

2 months ago i applied for a contract for a device and the wrong colour was delivered to me. i spoke to various people at MTN Direct and then called MTN service Centre in Morningside to ask if they would swap the device for the right colour. the consultant working there agreed that i should come by and they would swap out the device for the right colour. my husband went to the morning side service centre and they turned him away they refused to swap out the device so i asked the consultant Vincent to cancel my contract imediately and i returned the device to the centre. i proceeded to email the manager of Mtn Direct explaining what had happened. i have names dates emails and times of all events from start to end and contract termination forms that were issued to me by the employees at MTN morning side. now i look at my bank statement and see that mtn has been debiting different amounts of money from my bank account for august and september. i called in to MTN to ask them for my money back and they kept transfering me until there wasnt anyone left to transfer me too. i spent an hour trying to get through to an actual manager. My husband has decided to sue.
