Me Again, new month same problem, getting really tired of this nonsense, but not really suprised 7months into the new contract and still having problem after countless times of calling i with the same problem, this month not only did i nort receive the 200MB but they also decided that i do not need the smses, i wish they could also forget to debit my account monthly as they forget to load the stuff correcly fot my contract

here is an idea in the dictionery next to the word bad service lest put virgin mobile, its lke they go out of they way to demostrate what the term means or no one really cares oif customesr are dissatisfied

so irritated i do not care anymore

i recently renewed my contrac with VIRGIN MOBILE SA and i am supposed to get airtimt, sms and 200MB but every month i have to call them because the 200 MB are never loaded and it usually takes a week befor they can rectify this, i have been having this issue ever sisnce i took out the cotract and seem ike it will be a montly thin

disgusted and disappointed
their service generally is bad i would not recoment them to anay one
