I signed a contract with Vodacom (Brooklyn) for an amount of R1089 a month, but instead I have been debited R1908.50 a month (3 months in a row), when I called them on my second debit they told me that it was a system error. It has been over a month I reported the query through to them, still it has not been resolved.
Craig (brooklyn Store manager) called last month to confirm that this has been rectified BUT only to find out when I payed my thrird debit that it hasnt been rectified.
Went to the shop today, I requested that I return the phone, cancel the contract Craig refused and said he can not do that.
I am behind with my other payments with R2000 because of the incorrectly bedited account.
All I want is the contract to be cancelled as I can not afford the amount they are billing me, I will return the phone and they will have to Refund me the extra money that have chared.
Please assist - I dont know what to do now.
