I took a contract with Cell C over the telephone in March 2013, however the incorrect colour of the handset was delivered. After sending several emails to Cell C customer service i was told that the colour of the handset could not be changed, I was given a red handset and it could not be changed for a black.
The handset was fetched from me on the 4th of April and arrangements were made for the contract to be cancelled. This was done telephonic ally and in writing. From June till current my account as be debited every single month. The call center as no records of any of the phone calls that i made from March.
If you don't have the date and time then they cant help you with anything. I am stuck in a nightmare with Cell C and I cant get out of it. My account as now been debited for R2086 when I question the call center operator why it was not cancelled in March I was told that they were not notified to cancel the contract. Cell C has the phone and the Sim from April this year and I am still being billed every single month. It really is a joke.
After spending a hour on the phone with Cell C I was assured that some one will call me. Still waiting for that phone call :(
