All I want to do is get some customer service... I went into the branch at Canal Walk a week ago, used my Saturday morning to stand in a line just to hear, that I have to phone the call centre.
Great, so I decided to spend 2 DAYS trying to get hold of any one living soul on the other side of their 808 call line - needless to say, after FORTY MINUTES!!! holding the line, the call fails and I have to phone again... FORTY MINUTES!!!???.. please give me one more example of a company where you have to wait FORTY MINUTES!!! to speak to a consultant??.. ridiculous, and in my eyes MTN is a joke.
I mean really, who has FORTY MINUTES!!! (x 100 times tried?) to spend holding for some help??
