Disappointing Service All Round

I logged ticket number 1721477 at 8:38am this morning after my ADSL was slower than mobile edge. I then tried to call the call centre at 13h00 and was on hold for 11 minutes. I then called the office line and asked to speak to the person who sold me the package. I was on hold for another 5 minutes. Then I called back and asked to speak to anyone... and was on hold for 5 minutes. I tried at the same time to do live chat support... it's now 40 minutes since I asked a question and no response.

An entire morning and 20 minutes of holding and absolutely no response whatsoever.

I decided to join Web Africa because I had heard positive things and so far it has been disappointing. I was advised I would collect the modem and plug n play. Instead I spent 50 minutes on the phone sorting it out. A week and a half later, it is so slow and I can't speak to anyone. I read the website and saw that an ADSL speed issue was resolved this morning. Doesn't seem like it to me.

PLEASE can someone call me back TODAY, it is urgent! I don't understand why I can't get hold of a single person to assist. I can't tell you how frustrating it having to spend time and money to get no response whatsoever.
