Call centre incompetence

I tried to email my complaint direct to First Road Assistant from the site, but to no avail. It seems their incompetence is all round: from their web site, call centre to drivers.

After receiving an error report, several times last night, I tried phoning their call centre. After dialing 0860 911 111 several times, selecting admin department, I eventually chose option 1 (need roadside assistance) I spoke to an incredibly rude call centre operator who gave me the number to dial for the customer care line, the number she gave me, 0860 10 9190, was in fact the insurance department. The kind lady their put me through to customer care, unfortunately, after holding on for 5 minutes I decided to end the call as I don't have money or time to waste on incompetence.

I spent a good half hour to forty-five minutes trying several numbers to give First Road Assistance an opportunity to "justify" their incompetent tow truck driver I encountered last

I have NO idea who wrote their site information, but they claim to have a "state of the art call centre that operates 24/7365 manned by 124 staff members" NOT only is that not true, but their feedback link on their site doesn't work either.
