I am totally disgusted by MTN's call centre service (or lack thereof!) I need to claim from insurance for my damaged phone. I have been pushed from pillar to post by the useless staff at MTN branches, and even phoned head office, where I was given wrong information. I mean COME ON people you only have to know ONE product!! and you cant even get that right. I am nSTILL on hold for the insurance call centre for the 8th time in 2 days and have been sitting now for 40 minutes, which is a pleasure in comparison to the HOUR AND FORTY SEVEN MINTUES I spent on hold in just ONE call yesterday. And the worst part... I STILL HAVENT SPOKEN TO THEM!!! I mean you may have all the time in the world, but some of us actually have to work and cant spend this sort of time on hold!! You clearly need to upstaff your call centre, and maybe get some decent hold music for those of us who have spent hours and hours on hold for you!
