Absa Internet offline!!!

I have been trying since yesterday to use my ABSA internet banking. I log in, but it shows a grey screen without given me options to choose from! The call centre is "experiencing high call volumes" all the time and after holding on for forty minutes every time, I still don't get through to a consultant. Is there a problem that ABSA should inform the public about???
