I went to a vodacom shop at car nival mall on the 30 dec 2013 to make a swim swop
I spoke to lerato who told me the system was off line and I tol her am travelling to limpopo same day
she said no problem she made copies of my drivers licence and sim card told me to pay R63 .00 of which I did
She promised that as soon as de system works she will do it for me an cal me tha it is done, that didnt happe n I call her 3hrs after I left there she told me is not working still she will do it once the system bis sorted then I told her that is not why I called the reason I called is she gave me a nano sim instead of the micro contract sim she apologised and said atleast she dfnt do it on the system yet I must buy another sim when I reach limpopo and phone her to give her sim number to make sim swop same day later I received sms from vodacom that says de sim swop is on process I phoned 111 they told me the sim swop its is done I was surprised cause lerato told me she wont proceed with it cause I have the wrong sim I tried calling her and ask what is going on she literally ignored my calls and my messages I left with they guy answered the phone I could hear her saying she Iis not there 3times
