Cell phone broken, not repaired but returned!!!

To Whom it may concern
Please review my previous complaint as this is a continuation of my problem.
I have previously complained about a damaged phone, the response from Nashua Mobile was that ''we apologise and will have the phone repaired and returned shortly''
I recieved my phone and it was not repaired. The phone would not charge and would not come on similar to the problem before sent for repairs
I WAS THEN REQUESTED TO RESEND THE PHONE, I DID SO AND HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED THE PHONE.
I have no words for this!!! brand new phone, top of the range, still not repaired and STILL NOT REPLACED. I trust will do more this time as compared to accepting a cheap apology.
