Neotel's email system keeps falling over. This is the third time in the space of about 2 months. I use Neotel for a home office and look unreliable to my customers by not replying to emails soon enough, due to Neotel's unstable email systems.
Whenever I ask what the nature of the problem is, no-one can tell me. I would like a truthful answer for once! My business is suffering! Is Neotel slowly sinking? Should I look for another supplier?
Also, Neotel is unable to provide me with anything more than their 'Lite' package due to the area I am in. They came to my residence to see whether I could get WiMAX, in order to speed up my connection. It appeared that they could connect with the Megawatt Park tower, but it was full, so I can't use it. No other station was visible from my residence for WiMAX. I was promised that someone would call me about this, and this was about 4 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything.
Khosi at the Cedar Square branch called me and when I called him back, as I had missed his call, he wasn't able to recall why he had phoned (!) and said he would check it out and call me back. Still nothing.
Clearly there is nothing they can do to help, but they won't admit it!
