Hi,

About a month ago i brought back a Sony Xperia Z, stating that i no longer want this contract or phone. I brought it back within the 5 days.

There i was an Afrikaans gentleman (i think it was Johan) that assisted me. He took the package, put it in a UTI courier bag, and said it will go to head office.

Last night i get billed for this apparent contract and for the amount not even stipulating to the apparent contract!

I called Nashua, and now the phone wasn't even either sent back or loaded.

This is unacceptable!!

I need this to be sorted.
