I don't even know where to start. I have been asking few a new landline because my handset is and the signal in this area is pathetic, yet I was told it's STRONG when I signed the contract. Neotel staff are inefficient and arrogant. I refer to staff at cedar square plus call centre consultants. I have requested to upgrade my Internet to Wimax, because the fool who signed me up did not give me the option! Now it seems they don't need my business, I email and email with no response. I call, but ofcourse the call cuts no less than 10 times because the ZTE phone is a piece of and my signal is bad. This is not my first problem with them, but alas the 5th. I almost hate Neotel. I will spread this word
