I sent an email to neotel telling them of a Mervin naidoo of telcorp. i own a call centre and proceeded to get more lines for my call centre. Called the service provider, mervin and was told i needed to pay installation fees and i was approved for my lines. the sooner i paid the sooner i would have my lines, i proceeded to get new staff for the lines. i also requested wimax. after i paid i was told i was declined and needed to put someone elses name as it was an itc problem, my dad or my mum etc. i refused and called neotel and they told me to pay a deposit of R750 and the wimax would be sorted. i later called mervin and no joy, saying he was sorting it out etc, eventually i got the two lines, but the installtion i paid for was two boxes given to me to do it myself, and
i had to pick the units up myself. a few days later he calls me again to say one line has been declined, and neotel failed to rectify after an email a week ago. service from neotel and services provider is terrible to say the least
