Thanks for excellent service, FINALLY!

I originally had a 10GB NeoFlex data package, and was offered a free upgrade to 2MBps WiMax about 2 years ago. Initially the WiMax worked wonderfully, but for about a year, I was getting dropped connections and connectivity problems. Phoning Neotel was a pain because the normal call centre could always only pick up my NeoFlex package and it was always a mission to get assistance on WiMax.

Two weeks ago I lost connection completely. I needed to submit RICA data which I did, but the connection was still not sorted. Eventually a gentleman by the name of Michael called me and advised me that a technical team would visit my premises. They upgraded the antenna and put it in a new location. Now the connection is better than ever and has not dropped yet.

Thank you Michael and the WiMax technical team. After much frustration, you have reaffirmed my commitment to Neotel.
