NOT ACTIVATING THE SERVICES

I added three new data lines of 5GB top up valued at 400 rand per month. ALL THREE WERE NOT ACTIVATED for two weeks. i had to spend almost 20 hours on phone calls trying to get Vodacom just to activate the basic services that i am paying me for.
