My friend and I went to sandton on the 22nd Jan 2013
and was informed that you have stock on iPhone 5 16GB where we were both happy to do, we were told not to stress we can get it on the 24th surprisingly i decided to call the main call center to finalize a few things to find that you cant help me and not interested to help me the sales person i spoke to was very erupt and not interested to assist me or even put me on back order.
i then said what must i do and suggested to go to another service provider, i didn't know that you guys are doing that well that you don't want any more public to support you after i was prepared to leave another service provider to join Cell C, thanks for the great customer service.
At the end you advertise very well all over the place on the Sku you are selling and not to keep your bargain on your side.
