Poor After Sales Service at the Vodacom 3G Store

On Wednesday morning I purchased a once off 1.5 gigabyte data bundle where the manager of the Vodacom 3G store added it to my contract. As the manager had trouble with the computer activating this data bundle at 10:54am Vodacom sent me two SMS's that my data bundle has been activated and another SMS from Vodacom at 1:54pm. When I arrived home as I went to check on my data bundle I noticed something strange so I phoned Vodacom Customer Care to inquire about it and they said to me that my data bundle has been acitvated 3 times and that I will be paying R299 three times on my next account. So I drove back to the Vodacom 3G Store to see the manager and I made a complaint saying that I am not going to be paying for the other two data bundles and that i wanted to be refunded. The manager of the store had a bad attitude and he said to me that he will deal with this problem on Wednesday afternoon within the next 24 hours to 48 hours. As i was at the store he phoned Gaynor the manager of the Vodacom Group where she said to me that she will deal with this problem to get this problem 48 Hours have passed and nothing has been done about it. I am very upset with the poor service of Vodacom 3G.
