R33000 for December and R21000 for January

I have so many complaints. I have made over -100 calls to the service Centre and even the head office as well over the last 6 months to vodacom. And of my 4 problems I have now a bill
of R55, 000 and still paying an additional R249 every month for 7 months. I have a list of people whom I spoke to regarding this and they are still coming back to me. I have gone to 3 different stores and also got no joy, at my cost again. I have been given a 100 different stories and even have all 4 my lines soft locked. I have a faulty z10 since day been on and out of repairs. Have a data package laptop contract but no connection to use the data. I have been excessively been billed for the last 5 months and still a call has been logged billing will call me in 72 hours it's already 172 days and still no response. I am a widow and live from a basic salary but it goes to vodacom and now I am defaulting on my other bills because of vodacom. I am need answers and now, because I can't go on like this. On the 11/11 I stopped all content services, but that is what's making my account go into the red. All my year kept a good credit record but now my rating is affected. A customer of 5 years and never again
