IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND EVENTUALLY VODACOM SORTED OUT MY ACCOUNT REGARDING MY DATA LINE, BUT KNOW I AM STRUGGLING FOR VODACOM TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!! AFTER MANY CALLLS TO CUSTOMER CARE I WAS TOLD THEY WILL ACTIVATE IT NOW, BUT ONE WEEK LATER IT STILL NOT ACTIVATED! I AM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE, BUT NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT!!! I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, BECAUSE I AM SICK AN TIRED FIGHTING WITH VODACOM EVERY WEEK! I PHONED VODACOM TO CANCEL THIS DATA CONTRACT, BUT WAS PUT THROUGH TO SO MANY PEOPLE THAT ONLY TO HEAR AFTER 10 MINUTES ON THE LINE WITH THEM THAT LEGAL DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED! I DO NOT WANT MY DATA ACCOUNT TO BE ACTIVATED, I WANT IT CANCELLED!!!
