URGENT - TERRIBLE SERVICE

My contract was expiring and I rec a call to renew my contract, I was advised accordingly for a new deal, but it was not what I was told when I did a query, I was told that I would pay a certain amount monthly which was R98 and then charged 112, I queried that and they told me that I will have to pay 112. My point was the guy that called me to me, I would like for you guys to listen to that call. i then advised them i want to cancel my contract because according to them on every reversal they charge me R100 and twice there was funds and no money deducted and they charged me R100 * 2. i then queried that but it was no use, they suspending my contract, i then paid the arrears which was due and there after my BIS was suspended and today when i did a query they tell me i have to pay and extra monthly fee of R59 for my BIS, which i was told that it is included in my monthly fee of 112, this is where the comes in. they to me into buy this contract and now inform me i have to pay R112 R59 (BIS) = R171 a month, this makes no sense.
i would like to cancel my contract as this is the first month of the new contract, if i was informed this i would have not renewed my contra
