Impossible to cancel my contract!

I called in to cancel my 8ta data contract in July 2013. I also sent in a mail to make sure that it gets done.
I am still getting charged now in January 2014 for this contract!!!
Every month I call in I am told that it will be cancelled in that month and the money refunded and the very next month I am charged for the contract. 8ta will you ever cancel this contract and refund my money??? My contract ended in July 2013. If you take a contract with 8ta be prepared to get from, even after the expiration date your contract will never be cancelled :(
