Quick to sell, slow to service

I have been receiving numerous calls to renew my contract and eventually I succumbed. A initially very helpful Zack Whitely call to upgrade my contract. All was done telephonically however he neglected to advise me that I will have to pay for the delivery of my new phone. He did however advise me to disconnect my BIS, which I did, 2 days prior to the new contract. I called the call centre to do so and was not advise that I would be without BIS effective immediately. So I call again, only to be told I will have to pay to reconnect, even though I have paid for the BIS already. I was told that the call was logged and I will only have feedback in 24/48hours by which time my new contract would kick in. I have still not heard back regarding this query - it is now 72 hours. The 1st day of my new contract (01/09/13), I have no BIS - I call back to query why. Only to be told it is not included in my new contract; however the salesman Zack said it was. I have advised the call centre that I want the phone to be collected as it don't want to pay additional for the BIS as I was advised it was included. I was told I can return it within 7days - no one has contact me yet regarding this!
