Upgrade Nightmare

Upon upgrading my phone I confirmed with the rep what my new monthly charge would be - he confirmed it and circled it on the contract and assured me that would be the total.
Upon receiving my next statement the amount included a charge for both my new contract amount and old contract amount - I went back to the shop and a rep told me that this was normal and would be for 1 month only while the contract switched over - whilst I moaned that I wasn`t told about this at the time of the upgrade I was ok with this.
On my next statement the extra charge was STILL on the statement. I went back to Vodacom and the first rep told me that he wasn`t sure if they could do the contract there - I told him I signed it here so they better had. After 15 minutes wait I got someone who finally knew what they were talking about - a guy called Warren. He explained that my old contract was never cancelled when it should have been and was overlooked when I queried my first statement. Also because it was now into a new month I would be again charged that amount for December - so basically 300*3= ZAR900 that vodacom have basically taken off me and have provided no service. 75% of staff are clueless.terrible
