Could you please fix your network.
I reside a few hundred metres away from your basestation, named "MODDER" in Wilro Park, Roodepoort.
This particular basestation has numerous "issues" It drops calls, I am speaking to someone and the call is dropped and my handset says "NO SIGNAL". It is also a poor performer on GPRS. I am trying to do development with M2M over GPRS and the lack of connectivity is proving to be challenging.
PLEASE NOTE: Its not the handset or the SIM or the account. Its doing it on ALL the MTN provisioned devices I own, of which there is five. Please note further that I am an expert on GSM so no call centre staff will be entertained, I expect to speak to technical people only.
