Vodacom wastes my time and money

I upgraded to the Smart S recently. From that time on I have been experiencing problems with the network connection. I have to reboot to get a network connection which only lasts a few seconds. The longest I have managed is a few minutes. I see that there have been several complaints of a similar nature on Hello Peter in the last few days with Vodacom giving an automated response of "Thank you making us aware of your complaint. Please note that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query. Regards Consumer Website Team".

Vodacom are the talk of the town here with their poor service, dropped calls etc.

I have tried phoning the customer care line on numerous occasions but after holding on for 15 minutes I gave up. When I managed to talk to a consultant, the consultant said that they are having problems on their network in Gauteng and Limpopo which should be resolved by yesterday evening. I am currently still without a cellular service.

The consultant advised me to send my BRAND NEW HANDSET in for repairs as they can not assist me.

How does a new handset have issues? Dropping signal, I do not receive calls NOTHING!!! THIS IS THE WORST EVER!!
