So Cell C. When are you going to do something about your poor network coverage I complained about in May 2013. The network has been so bad that you could not communicate with your customer since May 2013. I pay and all I get is SOS only and on a good day I get dropped calls a plenty. Your technician was here and saw firsthand how bad your coverage was in this area. So what now. He said there was a device available to boost your signal as a short term solution... and then they would have to look at a more permanent solution. May nothing, June nothing July nothing... Dec 2013 nothing. It is now Jan 2014. Can I expect some kind of a response or should I just change my network and be done with Cell C? You have my number so give me a call... that is if you can connect :-(
