Poor coverage - No response to query via website

I have a problem with reception in Bryanston. My Blackberry handset constantly switches between no signal, MTN-8Ta & 8Ta, while internet connectivity is mostly non existant, when I'm at the office.
Further, when travelling between towers, the handset quite often drops off the Blackberry network, rendering all the Blackberry apps useless. I have to resort to either re-registering the service or manually selecting MTN as the service provider, as advised by the 8Ta call centre. I have called about this issue on various occasions. I also lodged a complaint via the 8Ta website last Thursday and have yet to be replied to!

If you are unable to deliver the service that I pay for, I'd like this contract terminated.
