Lack of Network coverage and or performance

I migrated both my wife and my cell contracts over onto Cell C's Network and have since had endless issues with call quality and or lack of enough signal to make or receive calls, in both CPT (Pinelands and Bellville areas) and in JHB (Randburg both Guest House 227 Surrey Avenue and Office Mackay Streets Randburg) I have logged a call Ref Number SD121144 for the JHB connectivity and have also spoken to Cell C Pinelands, but as yet have ZERO feedback other than "you will be contacted shortly".

This is very frustrating as when travelling on business I lose comms all the time and am sometimes out of contact for 6 - 8 hours at a time,

WHY AM I PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT RECIEVING - HOW DO I BREAK OUT OF BOTH MY AND MY WIFE'S CONTRACTS AS WE HAVE THESE CONTRACTS FOR CONNECTIVITY AND SECURITY AND WHEN YOU NEED IT THE MOST THEY DONT WORK.

Can someone call me urgently in this regards as this is a form of breach of contract yet when I ask questions I am given the run around and nobody will answer my questions, I don't believe that Cell C are holding up their end of the contract and therefore I have a right to terminate my contracts and recover the Handset portion of the contract.
