So here we are again just another customer complaining, right virgin mobile SA? Wrong! I have been a loyal customer for who knows how many years and never in my entire time with you have I complaint since this year (2013) and every time it is about the same thing, service. I have been invoices for over R2000 for the month of August and no one at customer service can tell me why.
So because I know for a fact you are in the wrong AGAIN I will call AGAIN your customer service line, ironic being called customer service line because there isn't and be on hold for - 30 minutes to speak to various incompetent staff for another - 30 minutes and the result? probably another huge!
Give me a call and tell me what I can do to get out of having you as my cellphone provider, I am done.
