So Tired Of Virgin Mobile

I have been a loyal customer of Virgin Mobile for Many years now and i keep asking myself why?
I have had endless problems with them and now have another to add to the stack. After calling the customer care line to complain about my 3G signal that only pops up momentarily when rebooting my phone, i was told that they would "upgrade" my line and i should reboot. I did just that and still find i never have 3G, which results in no bbm or internet as well as not being able to run programmes that are internet based. I phoned in again and was told the whole of BIS was down and should give it till the following day... Next day, same thing! Except now the 3G network doesnt even pop up when i reboot. What am i paying the R60 a month BIS fees for if it never actually works? Im now tired of sitting on hold waiting for someone to answer and then for them not to actually have any answers as to why i have this sudden problem, and will be looking to join another network!
