PATHETIC "CUSTOMER CARE LINE"!!!

I have top up contracts with MTN for many years now for my cellphone and recently for my iPad. For the past 3 days, neither has been working (no incoming or outgoing calls, no Internet, no instant messaging) from about 6pm every night. The first 2 nights I accepted that the network could be jammed but today was the last straw. I am paying good money for working devices not part time devices. I had to call the customer care line from another device as my phone could do nothing. After 37 mins on hold, of which 1 minute was spent actually talking to someone, I was told that there is nothing wrong with my phone and that I should contact another department... TOMORROW. When I was asked to speak to a supervisor or manager of sorts I was again put on hold for close to 5 minutes, only to be told that they are busy and that someone will call me. I am still waiting. I have been a loyal customer for years but I will be moving myself and my company to another cellular provider who appreciates my business.
