Not Returning Calls

I called the Auckland Park branch at Campus Square to find out when is my contract coming up for and upgrade, i spoke to a Person call Peter, who took down my details and promise to call me back in 2 min, never happened, i than called the store back and some Lady answered with a very bad attitude as if she is doing the public a favour to answer the telephone, said that Peter will be with me in 1 min i was holding on for more than half and hour and still no one bothered to answer the phone, i dropped the call and call backed again only for Peter to tell me that the system is down, was the stupid rude lady not going to tell me that and keep my on the line until the system came back on? This is the way that the public gets treated with this service providers, and yet they will have no problems when it comes to taking our money
