DONT EVER GO DIRECT WITH VODACOM. They everything. first delivery with wrong Sim, then discovrd i had a completly different contract to what was confirmd on the ph. The Manager BONGANI NKOSI then tries to me that he listened to the call and correct details were cofirmed.when asked about other details on the call, then he told me he had to go listen again. When i finally followed up again he told me that he couldnt find the call when i took the contract. SO WHAT DID HE LISTEN TO WHEN CONFIRMING THE OTHER DETAIL? i cancelled within 14days and arranged pick up. They 3 times going to wrong address eventually sorted out by one of the bosses of Ram.on the 12th of Aug Voda confirms they have the Tablet. I then had to make 7 calls to make sure the contr is cancelled. on the 19 i call to make sure there wont be deductions, was told that they will make sure there wont be any, but i can wait 7 days and make sure again. 26th i speak to Ovia and she confirms theres no deduction. 28th IT DEDUCTS, i call and speak to Marvin Louis, no help at all and never calls back 5 messages still waiting. on 30th i call and was informed it will take 18days to get my MONEY.SHOCKING
