TERRIBLE SERVICE

I applied for a contract with Vodacom Online Sales team. Thato, Linda Oliver and Marvin de Waal (Supervisor) did not bother to return any of my calls or to provide me with feedback regarding the status of my application. I kept calling into the call centre to find out what was the status, the 3 people mentioned above did not have the decency to return any of my calls. I was told by Thato that the phone would be mine and that confirmed delivery date, address, debit date and colour of the phone, this date was supposed to be the 29th October. when the 29th October 2013 arrived I did not receive anything and I was told by Linda Oliver that she would get back to me but nobody did up until I called back in my midday on the 30th October. when asked to speak to Marvin he was never available and after leaving messages for him to call me, he still did not. I then asked for the manager's email address and I was refused, I did however get his number.By then it was too late as i decided to take out the contract with MTN (where there was no problems received), all this after having my number and contract for the past 12 years. HELLO MTN, GOODBYE VODACOM.
