20 Minute waiting period and still no answe

How is it possible that for a day and a half there is no answer at the Cell C direct line (084 145)? My last call I held for 20 minutes with just the computer repeating the same annoying phrase. " We know that your time is important to you. Please be patient a little longer, we will attend to your call shortly"

I placed an order with a Cell C sales consultant last week Thursday. Even after spelling each word and detail to them to make sure my details are correct they still got it wrong. I mean the calls are recorded, why can't they play it back and listen to what was said. Due to this my delivery address is totally wrong and I will probably not see my delivery anytime soon. Especially due to me not even being able to call the Cell C direct number to let them know about the wrong address. They just don't want to answer. I started phoning yesterday afternoon, continued on Friday (today) morning, it's now 14:40 the Friday afternoon and still no answer.
Even a call the Cell C head office landline was in vain since, no one was able to assist. A call to costumer care on 084 140 also just said continue phoning 084 145. Point is no one answers... What is going on there?
