Upgraded to iPhone and BIS service never removed

I upgraded my contract to a iPhone in September 2012 and my BIS service was never removed nor was I informed that it needed to be removed. Hense I have been paying R59/month for a serivce i cant use. I would like a refund for the BIS service from September 2012.
